Held by Water
Pool Float • Nervous System Reset • Reiki + Sound
There is something different that happens when your body realizes it no longer has to hold itself up.
Held by Water is an immersive evening of nervous system support, Reiki, sound, and floating rest created to give you the experience of being completely supported — physically, energetically, and emotionally.
We’ll begin outside of the pool with a gentle nervous system reset led by Kim, giving your body time to arrive before asking it to become still. Rather than rushing from the demands of your day directly into relaxation, you’ll be guided through practices designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and begin releasing some of the tension you may not even realize you’ve been carrying.
From there, we move into the water.
Supported by your float, you’ll be invited to simply lie back and receive.
Kim will offer Reiki throughout the experience while Elizabeth surrounds the space with sound and vibration. Singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments create layers of sound that move across the water and through the space around you.
And the water becomes part of the experience itself.
Instead of lying on the floor and consciously trying to relax your muscles, your body is physically supported beneath you. You can feel the movement of the water, the vibration of the sound, the open air above you, and the quiet invitation to soften a little more.
There is nothing you need to accomplish here.
No meditation you need to master.
No emotional breakthrough you need to have.
No expectation that you arrive calm, centered, or already knowing how to slow down.
You simply get to be held.
Held by the water beneath you.
Held by the sound moving around you.
Held by Reiki and intentional care.
Held within a space where, for a little while, you don't have to be the one carrying everything.
This experience is for the person who has been moving from one responsibility to the next and rarely feels completely off duty. For the person whose mind continues running even when their body is tired. And for anyone craving an intentional space to quiet the outside world and reconnect with themselves.
Come exactly as you are.
Let the water carry your weight.
Let the sound surround you.
And give yourself permission to receive.
