Full Moon Ceremony & Community Sound Bath

A monthly gathering for reflection, release, rest, and connection.

Each month, beneath the light of the full moon, we gather.

Not because you need to believe in astrology.
Not because you need to follow a particular spiritual practice.
And certainly not because the moon is asking you to become someone new.

We gather because human beings have always marked the passing of time.

We have gathered around fires, beneath changing skies, at the turning of seasons, and alongside one another during moments of transition. The cycles of the moon offer us something beautifully simple: a recurring invitation to notice where we are.

The full moon marks a moment of illumination—a natural place in the month to pause, reflect, and acknowledge what has come to the surface.

What are you carrying?

What has shifted since the beginning of the month?

What are you ready to release?

What deserves to be celebrated?

And what might happen if, for one evening, you stopped trying to fix, accomplish, or figure everything out and simply allowed yourself to be held?

What to Expect

Our Full Moon Ceremony is a gentle, intentionally held experience designed to support rest, reflection, nervous system regulation, and connection.

While each gathering is slightly different depending on the season, the energy of the month, and what feels appropriate for the community, our time together may include guided meditation, intentional breathing, quiet reflection, grounding practices, ceremonial elements, and conversation or community connection.

The heart of the experience is an immersive sound journey.

You’ll be invited to get comfortable and rest while being surrounded by the sounds and vibrations of crystal and metal singing bowls, chimes, drum, flute, and other therapeutic instruments.

There is nothing you need to achieve during a sound bath.

You do not need to meditate perfectly.
You do not need to clear your mind.
You do not need to have a profound spiritual experience.

You are simply invited to receive.

For some people, that means deep relaxation. For others, emotions or insights may arise. Some people drift toward sleep. Some simply enjoy having an hour in which nobody needs anything from them.

Every experience is welcome.

Why the Full Moon?

The moon has marked time for humanity long before our modern calendars existed. Its predictable rhythm offers a visible reminder that life itself moves in cycles—expansion and contraction, beginnings and endings, activity and rest.

The full moon is the brightest point within that cycle.

In this space, we use it as a monthly marker for reflection rather than something that dictates what you should feel or experience.

There is no required belief system here.

You are welcome to understand this gathering spiritually, symbolically, seasonally, prayerfully, scientifically—or simply as a beautiful reason to intentionally slow down once a month.

The invitation remains the same:

Pause. Notice. Release. Receive.

A Community Offering

This ceremony holds a particularly meaningful place in my work because it is offered as a way for our community to continue gathering together.

Healing and restorative spaces should not only exist behind expensive price tags.

Sometimes what we need most is simply a place to arrive exactly as we are, lay down what we have been carrying, breathe beside other human beings, and remember that we were never meant to navigate every season of life alone.

This monthly ceremony is my invitation to do exactly that.

You may come every month and allow this gathering to become part of your personal rhythm, or you may find us during one particular season when you feel called to rest.

There is no expectation beyond showing up.

You Are Welcome Here

You do not need previous experience with sound healing, meditation, moon ceremonies, or spiritual practices.

You do not need to know what you want to release before you arrive.

You don't even need to feel particularly peaceful.

Come tired.

Come curious.

Come overwhelmed.

Come joyful.

Come in transition.

Come because something inside you has been asking for an evening where you don't have to perform, produce, caretake, or accomplish.

Bring whatever this season of life has given you.

For a little while, you can set it down.

And when the evening is over, you can return to your life carrying perhaps just a little more space within you.
