My name is Elizabeth Sanchez. I am a Certified Master Sound Healer, Emotional Capacity Coach, mom and wife. Steven and I have 3 kiddos; Santino, Serenity and Sariah.

After a long death and rebirth season of my life, we moved to Tucson to be closer to family and things started to become clearer. I knew that something was in me, an itch I couldn’t scratch. As I clawed my way out of the spiritual hole I was in and started to regain my personal power, I knew I had come out a different version of myself. Since then I have tirelessly sought more knowledge and awareness of myself, my lineage, my wounds and what I intend to offer the world.

In 2023 I stepping into my fullness and light, had the vision of creating a business in the healing world after finishing a coaching program myself where I learned the deep importance of emotions, how they are stored in our bodies and how they affect our reality. I have followed my heart in creating a safe space for others to be bathed in sound frequencies, access parts of themselves that is hidden in our busy daily lives and embody who they are truly meant to be. I hope to be part of your growth journey too.
