Spring Equinox Full Moon Retreat
March 19th-21st, 2027

Day 1
The Exhale.
From the moment you arrive, you are invited to let your shoulders drop and exhale into the space.
Our first evening together will feel like a cozy girls’ night centered around connection, creativity, and nervous system rest. We’ll settle into the property, share a homemade dinner prepared by me, and spend time creating with our hands—allowing play and feminine flow to gently return.
There will be space to get to know one another, laugh, rest, and simply enjoy being together. We may even end the evening curled up in our pajamas with a chick flick.
Nothing to accomplish. Nowhere else to be. Just a soft place to land.
Day Two: The Unfolding
Wake slowly to the peace and quiet of the desert. There is nowhere to rush and nothing you need to accomplish—only gentle conversation, a warm drink, and the opportunity to notice how it feels to begin the day without urgency.
We’ll step outside together to explore the trail behind our desert home, allowing the movement, fresh air, and surrounding landscape to gently awaken the body.
When we return, the day will continue to unfold naturally through seasonally inspired food, grounding breathwork, spacious rest, and time simply to be. Those who desire deeper care may also choose to receive a private massage during the day.
As evening settles in, we’ll gather for the heart of our retreat: a Spring Equinox ceremony woven together through Ceremonial Cacao, Sound Healing and Reiki. We will gather around the fire and witness the full moon as she blesses us and our deepening connection with ourself and others.
This is a day to soften into receiving—to be nourished, cared for, and given enough space to hear what is beginning to awaken within you.
Day Three: The Return
Our final morning begins with an optional hour of vinyasa—a designed to build heat organically with the sunrise. This solar practice will awaken your mind and clear the body of stagnant energy using asana (movement) and pranayama (breath work).
We’ll gather once more around the table for breakfast, meaningful conversation, and reflection. Together, we’ll honor what has shifted, what has been released, and what you are ready to carry forward.
This day may hold fewer offerings, but it is not simply the ending of the retreat. It is where the experience begins to settle into something real. There may be tears, laughter, deep connection, and the tenderness of leaving a space where you have felt safe enough to soften.
You will return home to the same life—but you may not return as the same woman.
The Return is about crossing the threshold with intention: carrying your rest, clarity, and renewed connection to yourself beyond the desert and into the life waiting for you.
