Sacred Feminine Care
A space to slow down, receive, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.
Sacred Feminine Care is an invitation to be tended to.
These deeply nurturing sessions create space for rest, reflection, transition, and reconnection through traditional practices of feminine care. Each experience is offered with intention, consent, and reverence for the season of life you are moving through.
Whether you are seeking a quiet moment of restoration, honoring a transition, reconnecting with your body, or simply longing to be cared for, these offerings meet you gently where you are.
Womb Steaming
A quiet, intentional practice centered around warmth, rest, and connection with the feminine body. Womb steaming uses the gentle warmth of herbal steam as part of a private, nurturing experience that invites you to slow down and create space for yourself.
Each session begins with conversation and care to ensure steaming is appropriate for you before settling into a comfortable space to simply receive. This offering is less about accomplishing something and more about creating an intentional pause — a moment of feminine tending, reflection, and reconnection.
Rebozo Cocooning
An experience of being wrapped, supported, and given permission to completely soften.
Using traditional woven Rebozo cloths, the body is gently wrapped and held from head to toe, creating a physical sense of containment, grounding, and support. Stillness and therapeutic sound may be woven throughout the experience, allowing you to settle deeply into rest.
Rebozo cocooning can be especially meaningful when you are craving quiet, grounding, or simply the experience of being cared for without needing to do anything in return.
Closing of the Bones
A deeply intentional practice of wrapping and tending to the body, traditionally associated with the postpartum season and now also used to honor other meaningful transitions.
Through Rebozo wrapping, gentle body-centered care, reflection, and therapeutic sound, the experience creates space to acknowledge what your body and spirit have carried and intentionally mark the movement from one season into another.
Closing of the Bones is an invitation to gather yourself inward — to be held, witnessed, and given space to integrate before moving forward.
Life Transition Ceremony
Some seasons deserve to be intentionally acknowledged.
The Life Transition Ceremony is a personalized two-hour experience created to honor a meaningful beginning, ending, change, or threshold in your life. This may include grief and release, a new chapter, motherhood, relationship changes, personal growth, a milestone, or simply the recognition that you are no longer the person you once were.
Therapeutic sound, guided reflection, meditation, Reiki, and other intentional elements may be woven together to create a ceremony specific to the transition you are honoring.
There is nothing you need to accomplish here. This is space to acknowledge where you have been, honor where you are, and intentionally meet what comes next.
Postpartum Integration Ceremony
A two-hour experience created specifically for the mother — a space where you are the one being cared for.
The postpartum season brings enormous change to the body, identity, emotions, relationships, and rhythms of everyday life. This ceremony creates intentional space to slow down, reflect, receive, and begin integrating the experience of becoming or becoming again.
Through nurturing care, therapeutic sound, reflection, and supportive ceremonial elements, the focus gently returns to you — not what you need to accomplish or provide, but what it feels like to be held and supported within this new season.
This ceremony can be offered beyond the immediate postpartum period. There is no expiration date on honoring the transition into motherhood.
Sacred Feminine Ceremony
A private two-hour ceremony devoted to reconnection with yourself, your body, and your feminine essence.
Created for the woman who feels called toward something deeper than a traditional wellness session, this experience offers intentional space to soften, reflect, receive, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that can become quiet beneath the demands of everyday life.
Your ceremony may incorporate therapeutic sound, Reiki, guided reflection, meditation, cacao, body-centered practices, and other intentional elements chosen to support the experience.
You do not need to be moving through a major transition or difficult season to choose this ceremony. Sometimes the reason is simply the desire to return to yourself.
