Targeted Vibrational Therapy
A focused, body-based approach to sound and vibration.
Targeted Vibrational Therapy is a one-on-one session that uses vibration intentionally and directly with the body.
Unlike a traditional sound bath, where sound and vibration are primarily experienced within the space around you, these sessions bring vibration directly to the body through therapeutic tuning forks, a vibration plate, and other sound-based tools.
Each session is individualized, allowing us to focus on the areas where your body may be holding tension, stress, or simply asking for a little more attention.
What Is Targeted Vibrational Therapy?
Everything in the body responds to vibration. In these sessions, sound is used not only as something you hear, but as something you physically experience.
Weighted tuning forks can be placed at specific points on the body, allowing gentle mechanical vibration to travel through the tissues. A vibration plate may also be incorporated to provide broader, whole-body vibration.
Rather than following the exact same sequence for every person, we work intentionally with what you are experiencing that day.
This may include a combination of:
Therapeutic tuning forks used on and around the body
Weighted tuning forks for direct vibration
Whole-body vibration using a vibration plate
Sound bowls and other therapeutic sound instruments
Quiet rest and integration
What Can a Session Support?
Targeted Vibrational Therapy is intended to support relaxation, body awareness, and a greater sense of connection with the body.
People may choose this type of session when they are experiencing physical tension, feeling overstimulated or disconnected from their bodies, moving through periods of stress, or simply looking for a more focused and individualized experience with sound and vibration.
This work is not about forcing the body into a particular outcome. It is an opportunity to slow down, listen, and work with vibration in an intentional and supportive way.
What to Expect
We’ll begin with a brief conversation about how you’re feeling and what you’ve been noticing in your body.
From there, your session is created around you.
You may experience vibration through tuning forks placed directly on the body, spend time on the vibration plate, receive sound around the body, or experience a combination of these approaches.
There is nothing you need to accomplish during your session. You remain fully clothed and are encouraged to simply notice what you feel as vibration moves through and around the body.
Time is included at the end for quiet integration before returning to your day.
My Approach
My work with sound has continued to evolve beyond simply creating beautiful or relaxing sound experiences.
I am deeply interested in the physical experience of vibration—how we perceive it, how the body responds to it, and how sound-based practices can be applied with greater intention.
My approach combines my experience as a sound practitioner with continued education in anatomy, physiology, and body systems. As my education continues, so does the depth and intention behind this work.
Targeted Vibrational Therapy is not medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is a complementary wellness practice designed to support relaxation, awareness, and connection with the body.
Experience Vibration Differently
If you are looking for something more individualized than a traditional sound session, Targeted Vibrational Therapy offers an opportunity to experience sound and vibration in a focused, physical, and deeply intentional way.
