Basic Private Healing Session
The ultimate experience. An entire session just for you, focusing on your individual needs. We will target anything you are currently growing through either emotional, spiritual or physical.
Tuning Fork Session
Tuning fork therapy uses precise vibrations of calibrated metal forks to bring your body and energy field back into balance. During this session, forks are gently activated and placed on the body to clear blockages, reduce tension and pain, and promote deep energetic alignment. The vibrations help reset the nervous system, ease physical discomfort and support emotional release, leaving you feeling grounded, centered and renewed. These are particularly helpful for physical pain or ailments.
Cord Cutting Ceremony
Release stagnant energy, emotional residue, and old ties in this guided ceremony combining sound healing, breath work and ritual. We'll work together to gently cut energetic cords that no longer serve you-whether from past relationships, versions of self, or draining patterns. Through sound, intention, and embodied release, you'll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded in your own energy.
Isis Oracle Ritual Reading
Connect with the wisdom of the Divine Feminine through a guided reading with the Isis Oracle Deck. The scared one-on-one session offers intuitive insight, spiritual clarity, and gentle ritual guidance. Rooted in ancient Egyptian teachings and the energy of goddess Isis, each card acts as a portal-awakening your inner truth and supporting your path forward. Sound healing will be included to deepen your experience.
Meditative Drumming Session
Drumming that is rooted in shamanic practices is a deeply healing and profound experience. Drumming can help the mind to find a meditative state, or liminal state, where clarity and awareness reside. A part of our soul that gets looked past, that inner knowing that is ignored, the knowledge from our ancestors that has been forgotten. That’s what we come back to here. The rhythmic nature of drumming can induce altered states of consciousness, facilitating deeper self reflection, connection and unity.
Couples Healing Session
Relax, reconnect and recharge together in this soothing sound bath designed for couples. Experience the calming vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes and tuning forks as you deepen your bond and release stress side by side. Perfect for anniversaries, date nights, working through trauma or simply sharing a moment of peace.

The first time I met Elizabeth, she was facilitating a full moon sound healing ceremony in the community. Immediately, I felt drawn to her energy; she was safe, warm, and inviting. The sound healing was magical, and closing the ceremony, writing down what no longer serves, and burning the paper, was a great release.
I had such a wonderful experience, that I purchased a couples sound healing, for me and my husband, for our anniversary. He had never done sound healing before and ended up absolutely loving it, and it was super cool to share this experience with my partner.
Elizabeth's space has a great feel - adorned with beautiful decorations, windows, oracle cards, oils, etc. We laid back in zero gravity chairs, that were really comfy, and she gave us eye masks to block out the light, which worked amazingly well. She expertly guided us on a journey, checking in at appropriate times, and making adjustments as needed.
At the close of the healing, I had energy trapped in my wrists, and Elizabeth used a tuning fork, to move the energy out my hands. It felt like a miracle. We talked about me coming back for individual healing, to release more of that fight energy.
At my solo session, she led me through a vivid and supportive, chord cutting visualization, so I could more fully step into my power, and create the life I truly desire. In the vision, I saw a purple door with a wooden handle, and I opened it to flowing water. I keep seeing that door in my mind's eye.
It is two days later, as I write this, and my creativity has been flowing like a waterfall. I had felt trapped for so long, and now it is like I opened the key to my blossoming. I cannot thank Elizabeth enough.
