The Capacity Project

A Women’s Circle for Rest, Reflection & Connection

How much are you holding right now?

Not just the things written on your calendar or sitting on your to-do list.

The meals. The appointments. The work. The children. The relationships. The house. The decisions. The emotional weight. The things you're remembering for everyone else. The conversations you're replaying. The needs you're anticipating before anyone even asks.

And somewhere underneath all of that… you.

The Capacity Project is a women’s circle created around one simple idea:

What if we stopped asking ourselves to carry more and started paying attention to what we actually have the capacity to hold?

This is not about becoming more productive, managing your time better, or finding another way to squeeze self-care into an already overflowing life.

It is about creating enough quiet to hear yourself again.

During our time together, we’ll slow down and explore what has been taking up space within us — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through guided reflection, meaningful conversation, gentle practices, and intentional rest, we’ll begin noticing where our energy is going and what we may be ready to put down.

There is something powerful about doing this work alongside other women.

So many of us are carrying similar things while quietly believing we should be handling them better. When we gather without the expectation to perform, fix, advise, or have everything figured out, we begin to realize how deeply we need spaces where we can simply tell the truth about where we are.

I’m tired.

I need something.

I don’t know what I need yet.

I have reached my capacity.

Those aren't failures.

They are information.

This circle is an invitation to become curious about your own capacity — to notice what fills you, what drains you, what belongs to you, and what you may have been carrying simply because you've become accustomed to carrying it.

There is no version of yourself you need to become before you walk through the door.

You don’t need to arrive rested.
You don’t need to arrive grounded.
You don’t need to have an answer when someone asks what you need.

Maybe you haven't been asked that question in a very long time.

That is where we begin.

Come sit with us.

Come exhale.

Come remember what it feels like to take up space in your own life again.
