Women’s Circle: Remembering Herself
There are parts of ourselves we don’t necessarily lose — we simply become too busy to hear them.
Beneath the responsibilities, expectations, schedules, caregiving, productivity, and constant noise of everyday life, there is still a woman within us who knows how to listen. Who knows how to feel. Who longs for meaningful connection, honest conversation, creativity, rest, intuition, and a deeper relationship with herself.
Remembering Herself is an intimate women’s circle created as a space to return to those parts of ourselves.
For generations, women have gathered together — to share stories, nurture one another, create, grieve, celebrate, teach, listen, and simply be witnessed. Modern life often leaves very little room for this kind of connection. We can find ourselves surrounded by people and responsibilities while still deeply longing for spaces where we are allowed to put everything down and simply arrive as we are.
This circle is an invitation to do exactly that.
Together, we will slow down enough to notice what is happening beneath the surface. Through guided reflection, intentional conversation, journaling, gentle practices, and sound healing, we’ll explore what it means to reconnect with ourselves — not as another form of self-improvement, but as an act of remembrance.
We may ask questions like:
Who am I beneath everything I am responsible for?
What parts of myself have I quieted, neglected, or forgotten?
What do I actually need in this season of my life?
What becomes possible when I allow myself to be seen and supported by other women?
There is no expectation to arrive with answers.
There is no pressure to share more than feels comfortable.
You are always welcome to speak, to listen, to laugh, to cry, to reflect quietly, or simply to experience what it feels like to sit in the presence of other women without needing to perform or provide anything.
We will close our time together with a restorative sound journey, allowing the conversations and reflections of the evening to settle gently into the body.
This gathering is not about becoming a different woman.
It is about creating enough stillness to hear the woman who has been there all along.
To remember her voice.
Her needs.
Her softness.
Her strength.
Her capacity to receive.
Her connection to herself and to other women.
Come exactly as you are.
You do not need to know anyone.
You do not need to consider yourself “spiritual.”
You do not need to have anything figured out.
Simply bring yourself and a willingness to slow down, connect, and perhaps remember something within you that has been waiting to be seen.
You are invited. You are welcome. You are not alone.
