The Capacity Project
A Women's Circle for Presence & Emotional Capacity
In a world that encourages us to move on quickly, stay strong, or push our emotions aside, The Capacity Project offers something different—a gentle invitation to slow down, become present, and create space for whatever is asking to be felt.
This two-hour women's circle is a nurturing experience designed to help you expand your emotional capacity through presence rather than pressure. Together, we'll gather in a supportive community to practice being with ourselves exactly as we are, without judgment or the expectation to have it all figured out.
Our time together includes ceremonial cacao, a grounding guided meditation, a restorative sound healing journey, reflective journaling, and an optional sharing circle where every woman is invited to be witnessed with compassion and without advice, fixing, or comparison.
Whether you're carrying grief, joy, uncertainty, overwhelm, or simply longing for a place to exhale, you are welcome here.
You don't have to arrive with answers.
You don't have to explain your experience.
You don't even have to share.
Simply come as you are.
Together, we'll practice something many of us have never been taught: building the capacity to hold ourselves with kindness, presence, and compassion.

Please bring: A journal, water bottle, and anything that helps you feel comfortable. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided.
