This 90-minute ceremony is designed to help you soften, release, and reconnect under the powerful glow of the April full moon. We begin on land with gentle yin yoga and guided breathwork led by Erica, creating space in the body and calming the nervous system as we attune to the rhythm of the moon.

From there, you’ll be invited to transition into the water, where your journey continues on a floating bed. Supported by the element of water, you’ll surrender into a deeply immersive sound bath experience. Healing frequencies ripple across the surface, moving through your body like waves—clearing stagnant energy, grounding your spirit, and opening you to receive.

The full moon is a time of illumination and release—a sacred opportunity to let go of what no longer serves and anchor into your truth. As you float beneath the night sky, you’ll be guided into a state of deep rest and renewal, held in a container of intention, sound, and stillness.
